After submitting your investment application online, here is what you can expect:

  1. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your application has been successfully submitted. This email will include details such as the date and time of submission, as well as next steps.
  2. Processing Timeframe: Our compliance department will review your application to ensure that all required information and documents are provided.
  3. Communication Regarding Status: You may receive further communication from the compliance department if additional information is needed to open your account with Ignite Funding. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be informed by a representative of Ignite Funding that your account is opened and ready to make your first investment.
  4. Picking an Investment: Once your account is open, the compliance department will coordinate with the Business Development Executive you are working with to inform them your application has been received. If you are not assigned to a Business Development Executive, one will be assigned to you. An Ignite Funding representative will walk you through the process of selecting your first investment, the investment paperwork, and how to send your funds securely to Ignite Funding.

Upon opening your account, you will receive an email with instructions to access the client portal. Please follow the instructions as this will be your resource to review all transactions with Ignite Funding!
